A basic outline of our procedure:
Schedule with you to assess the situation: collect equipment information, if possible - research part(s) information on site, and give options for repairs.Order part(s) and/or conduct further research for the best options for repair.Return with parts and materials to complete repairs, and test equipment to ensure all repairs have been made.In the event that further repair needs are found in the process, we will discuss options and timeframes to allow for budgeting.

Equipment Maintenance
Mobile Machinery Service, LLC offers preventative equipment maintenance services:
- Standard Service: Basic coverage of Oil change, chassis grease, air/fuel filter replacement (as applicable), overall visual inspection and operation test, for a flat labor fee.
- Scheduled Preventative Maintenance (SPM): We work out a custom schedule with our customers to provide a maintenance program that will cover the basics and any specific points of concern, meeting customer needs and balancing those needs to the customers budget.
- Factory Specific Maintenance: From specific hourly maintenance requirements to manufacturer's specific procedures*, we will work with you to schedule these procedures with the above maintenance calls or as stand alone calls.
*As some specific procedures require special tools, etc. performing all procedures may not be possible. Please contact us with further questions.

Tom Kassen, Owner/Field Technician
Tom has over three decades of experience in the automotive mechanics industry. With this as a foundation, Tom has over twenty years experience working on a wide variety of forklifts, tractors and other related off highway equipment as a field technician. Tom founded Mobile Machinery Service, L.L.C. in 2011, which has become his "passion project" to serve his customers and the communities in the service area and beyond.
